Return and Exchange Policy

Hair prosthetic systems are evaluated in the category of "products unsuitable for return in terms of health and hygiene" in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey. For this reason:

• Products whose tapes, security seals, or protective packaging have been opened,
• Products with scissors-cut front lace mesh or custom-blended/shaved at a salon,
• Products bonded to the scalp with medical adhesives/tapes, worn, or exposed to chemical dye/styling,
• Products that have lost their original factory form are strictly non-returnable under statutory hygiene and personalization exemptions.

Within 14 days from the date you receive the product, you can request a return or exchange if the product has never been used, its tapes/gelatins have not been removed, and it is in its original box in a way that does not violate the hygiene conditions stated above.

For products damaged during cargo transport or with a clear manufacturing defect (fabrication lace tear, wrong color code shipment, etc.), you can contact us to initiate an exchange immediately.

1. Create a Request: Submit your request by contacting Customer Service via the contact page or destek@ventushair.com.
2. Approval and Cargo: After the necessary photo confirmations are provided, ship the product with its original box, receiver pays, using the Free Return Shipping Code we will provide you.
3. Inspection: Once the product reaches our warehouse and quality control (QC) team, it goes through a hygiene check within 1-2 business days.
4. Refund / Exchange: Refunds for products that successfully pass the check are paid back to your original payment method (credit card / wire transfer) within 3 business days. If an exchange is requested, the new product is shipped immediately.
