1. Parties

2. Use of Services

5. Membership, Account Cancellation and Data Retention Periods

• The user can cancel their membership (Delete Account) at any time. Following this request, the user loses access to the system.
• The company reserves the right and obligation to keep the data belonging to past transactions (order, payment log, invoice) encrypted (anonymized) in its archive for up to 10 years against national financial legislation and possible legal disputes.

6. Customer Support Communication and Content Rules

All messages, photos, and documents submitted to Company officials via support tickets, live chat, or other communication channels are recorded to improve service quality and ensure legal security. Users cannot share any content that contains swearing, insults, misleading information, or violates general morality in these channels. In case of a violation of this rule, the relevant correspondence may be shared with authorized authorities as legal evidence, and the user's account may be suspended immediately.
